Job Description:
- Ensure timely and accurate procurement of Medical and Lab Equipment items for TIH.
- · Identify and assess the need for various materials and supplies.
- · Prepare and verify purchase orders as per SOP and quotations.
- · Ensure material availability at minimum cost and within the shortest time frame.
- · Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with concerned departments.
- · Review purchase orders regularly to ensure timely delivery.
- · Evaluate and manage suppliers; maintain and update the approved vendor list.
- · Negotiate contracts, rates, and after-sales terms with suppliers/vendors.
- · Maintain purchase order records and prepare comparative statements when required.

- · Bachelors in Bio Medical Engineering
- · Additional Certifications in Supply Chain will be Preferred
- · 2-3 Years relevant Experience
- · Hospital Procurement experience will Preferred
