About the Role The Junior People & Culture Coordinator plays a key supporting role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This position provides hands‑on support to the P&C team in recruitment, onboarding, administration, and daily operations, while ensuring that all processes reflect Four Seasons standards of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional to gain exposure to a luxury hospitality environment and build a strong foundation within Human Resources.
