Description:

• Plan and organize nutrition related activities at designated sites in liaison with health camp in charge
• Baseline anthropometric measurement including weight, height and mid-upper arm circumference using MUAC tape of infant/children and women
• Ensure correct diagnosis at the time of anthropometric assessment and ensure that patients received necessary and appropriate treatment and referral
• Nutritional evaluation for screening of moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) and severe acute malnutrition (SAM) children and necessary referral
• Orientation on infant and young child feeding (IYCF) and lactation management for necessary counselling of mothers
• Screening of all patients coming to the facilities, and covered in medical relief camps
• Nutritional counselling of mothers/women using IEC material, and interventions for low BMI
• Ensure adequate availability of all supplies and nutritional supplement stock is positioned and planned by discussing with facility/camp in charge
• Collect all relevant data and complete all form for nutritional evaluation. Share data every day with date entry officer
• Ensure infection control measures are being strictly observed at nutritional consultation clinics.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Any other Task assigned by the supervisor

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in relevant field

Experience:
• 2 -3 year of relevant experience
