Description:

• Assist in conducting ERM activities as per approved calendar by complying with requirements of ERM framework & related guidelines 
• Assist in development/review of Risk Appetite statement and KRIs and support departments in their risk management process;
• Engage in updating & monitoring of strategic, business, project & operational risks, and evaluate effectiveness of mitigation plans by reviewing Risk Registers;
• Engage in conduct of Business Impact Analysis and update of Business Continuity Management System.
• Coordinate with inter divisional/departmental teams on value added assignments (including system improvements, investigations, optimization studies etc)

Qualification:

• CA/ ACCA/ICMA/CFA/MBA or Equivalent
• Result oriented
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong Analytical skills
• Sound understanding of ERP software, preferably SAP
• Hands on experience of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, report writing and presentation skills
 
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience (preferably 3 years of Risk or Compliance Experience)
• Oil and Gas industry/experience with big local company is added advantage

Age Limit:
• 30 - 35 years
