Description:

Manager Internal Audit, Engro Fertilizers Ltd.

Position details:
This is senior most position in Company’s Internal Audit department after the department head. Being a senior member, he/she has the privilege to participate in important meetings (BAC, Group Audit Synergy forum, etc.). This position has a critical role in the overall department structure and strong potential for being successor of the department head.

Qualification:
Chartered Accountant

Experience:
- At least 6-8 years PQE in large reputable organizations (preferably large scale listed manufacturing entity) with atleast 3-4 years’ experience in internal audit.
- Good command over SAP, Audit Automation & Data analytics tools


Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Company's risk areas and development of Audit Plan.
- Planning, execution and reporting on audit activities.
- Provide guidance to management on matters pertaining to risks, controls & also provide value-added suggestions for revenue/profit enhancement & cost savings.
- Promote control awareness by frequently engaging with management, developing & sharing relevant material & organizing training & awareness sessions.
- Guide & supervise the audit team during audit planning, execution & finalizing the deliverables before final review by GM Audit.
- Support the GM Audit in Quality Assurance & Automation initiatives (including use of data analytics)
- Provide support to GM Audit in compiling Board Audit Committee deliverables, documenting minutes & follow up for action items assigned to the department.
