Description:

Skills:
• Ensure safe and sound Operation of Oil & Gas Pipeline Network while maintaining sound coordination with all stake holders.
• Working experience of pipeline pgging, reconditioning, coating, repair and replacement.
• Capable of making modification to pipeline / piping while keeping all Engineering aspects in view.
• Strong knowledge of NDT Techniques used in pipeline inspections (RT, MP, PT & Holidays Tests of Coatings).
• Proven experience of corrosion monitoring and control techniques and of asset integrity of pipeline network.
• Should have sound knowledge and skills of inventory and maintenance management through eAM/CMMS.
• Should have strong team building, self-motivation and supervisory skills.
• Working experience of estimating, costing, budgeting, assisting ISO internal audits and maintain compliance to HSE and departmental procedures.
• Working experience preparing cost estimates, evaluation, material, selection, pipeline layouts, flow simulations etc.
• Strong knowledge of technical standards, construction techniques and latest softwares.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning / implementation of Oil & Gas Pipeline preventive maintenance plans.
• Responsible for coordination with other departments for execution of jobs.
• Initiation of indents and manage inventory as per jobs.
• Execute the work safely and follow the company polices and procedures.
• Compliance to PPEs and PTW system.
• Prepare the maintenance budget for revenue & capital expenditure.
• Evaluate the consumption vs actual budget and forecast for next fiscal year.
• Keep the record of transactions with stores, material transfer & transportation.
• Planning & designing of major replacement & modification jobs.
• Implementation on actual plan & monitor the progress of project.
• Maintain the database of project / modification jobs and assist planning section in ordering parts and new equipment.
• Preparation of audits and inspections of 3rd party auditor or inspector.
• Preparation of daily, monthly and major jobs reports including KPI monitoring reports.
• Responsible for repair / upgradation and expansion of existing pipeline network.

Qualification:

• B.E / BSc (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience in Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Chemical industry or any other reputed industry.
