As a Trainer cum Instructional Designer at our center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our nation's defense forces and parliamentarians.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Design Training Programs:
• Utilize instructional design principles to create innovative and impactful training programs focused on character development and leadership skills.
• Design comprehensive learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of PAF trainers / trainees.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor training content for PAF officers and Military / Civil officers at the national level.

Conduct Training Sessions:
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to PAF trainers / trainees , focusing on character building and leadership development.
• Facilitate workshops on character development, soft skills training, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, communication skills, team building, and conflict resolution.
• Implement experiential learning techniques to enhance participant engagement and practical application of learned skills.
Curriculum Development:
• Create comprehensive training curricula that align with the core values of the Jinnah Centre for Character and Leadership.
• Develop training materials and resources to support the learning process.
• Ensure scalability of training programs to cater to different audiences, including PAF officers, Military / Civil officers.

Training Assessment and Evaluation:
• Conduct rigorous training needs analysis to identify the specific requirements of different target groups.
• Design pre and post-training assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
• Continuously evaluate training outcomes and gather feedback from participants to enhance program quality.

Training Program Enhancement:
• Stay updated with the latest developments in character and leadership development, instructional design, and military training practices.
• Integrate best practices and cutting-edge methodologies to continually improve the impact and relevance of training programs.

JCCL offers high impact and a challenging position that requires energetic individuals with a flair for experiential training in clinical psychology / behavioural sciences and research in the field of character building and leadership. ***

Qualification:

• Minimum Masters/MS degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, experiential learning techniques and instructional methodologies.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering character and leadership development training programs.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage military cadets effectively.
• Familiarity with military training environments and the unique needs of defense forces personnel.
• Proficient in conducting training needs analysis and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a military training setting and handle diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Be a role model for the learners

Additional Requirement:
• In case of a foreign degree, HEC equivalence would be required.
