Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Correspondence with Higher Education Commission, Quality Assurance Agency and international agencies related to higher education at NUST institutes and national/international rankings.
- Implementation of Self-Assessment Process.
- Arrangement of conferences/seminars relating to Quality Assurance.
- Visit of NUST institutions during quality audit and preparation of reports for higher authorities.
- Data collection and provision for university rankings, HEC statistics data and QEC rating data.
- Scrutinizing the self-assessment reports (SAR), Assessment team (AT) reports, and Executive Summary and rubric evaluation before sending to HEC.
- Analysis of filled Feedback from NUST institutions for the information of higher authorities and suggest measures to improve the weak areas to complete the CQI process.
- Ensuring implementation of OBE process of programs run by NUST institutions.
- Coordinate with DLQECs of all institutions to discuss various issues related to Quality Assurance.
- Preparation of briefs for Director on important aspects concerning Quality Assurance.
- Web Content update.
- Regular update of NUST annual/quarterly publication related to QA Dte.
- Perform any other duty as assigned by DQA

Terms & Conditions

- Last Education Certificate/Degree should be verified/attested by HEC.
- Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
- NUST reserves the right to cancel, modify / terminate the recruitment programme due to any reason, without notice, at any time.

Qualification:

- MS in relevant field from HEC recognized university.
- Minimum seven (07) year of experience in Quality Assurance at University level.
- Experience in Quality Assurance program(s) / project(s) at University level will be preferred
- Understanding of working in International Higher Education Sector.
- Experience in QA / Accreditation of university programs.

Age Limit: 32 - 45 years
