Description:

United Bank Limited (UBL) needs the services of Manager Customer Insights. The job details are:

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize bank's customer data and other research methods to gain a thorough understanding of customer's demographic information, transactional behavior and their relationship with the bank
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all consumer research initiatives, managing projects from start to finish
• Analyze customer's telco and social behavior. Gain insights into how customers engage with technology and social media channels
• Create multiple personas based on diverse customer characteristics. Identify similarities among personas and cluster them into target segments with similar behaviors and banking needs
• Develop deep dive decks to explain customer behaviors and trends. Conduct in-depth data analysis to determine unique selling points and offerings for each clustered persona
• Provide actionable insights to enhance customer retention and strengthen relationships with the bank
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that consumer insights are integrated into all aspects of the product development process
• Evaluate the existing product offerings to assess its alignment with customer personas and needs. Recommend how each product addresses customer requirements and propose improvements or transformations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Sciences/Communication & Design/Finance from any HEC-recognized Institute
• Five years working experience in Banking/Telco/Fintech
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking
• Quantitative Analysis and Qualitative Research
