Description:

NUST Risalpur Campus announced a job vacancy of General Duty Medical Officer.

Terms & Conditions:-
* Candidates must attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional) along with their CVs.
* The last Education Certificate/Degree should be verified/attested by HEC.
* Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons: -
- 3rd Div in academic career.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and absence of NOC from the Head of Institution.
- Medically Unfit.
- In the process of pursuing a degree.

* Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed Forces, etc. may apply through their respective parent departments/organizations.
* Late/incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered/called for interview/test and no TA/DA will be admissible.
* Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letters.
* NUST reserves the right to cancel, modify/terminate the recruitment program due to any reason, without notice, at any time.

Qualification:

- MBBS from PMC recognized institutes with valid PMC registration.
- Degree in Medical education will be preferred.
- Working experience in Medical College /teaching hospital will be preferred. Knowledge of accreditation is a plus.
- Retired Armed Forces personnel Maj or equivalent from AMC with requisite experience are also eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-
- The job is contractual in nature on part time basis for three (3) hours in a working day.
- To provide health care facilities to students, employees and NUST community residing at MCE.
- Monitoring of patients sent to tertiary care hospitals.
- Act as preventive health officer carrying out health inspections and delivering lectures on health issues.

Additional Requirements:-
- Interpersonal & Analytical skills.
- Proficiency required in IT / Computer.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Management of emergency cases.
- Health inspection of students / hostels / messes / food outlets
- Medical covers for VVIP/ VIP visits and special events.
- Any other task assigned by seniors.

Age Limit:
• 30 - 45 years
