The Meezan Bank announced job vacancy for the post of Service Quality Consultant at Service Quality (Customer Support Group) Department at Karachi.
Meezan Bank, Pakistan’s leading Islamic Commercial Bank, operating with a network of more than 990 branches in over 320 cities across the country, is looking to hire a batch of fresh graduates.
Job Responsibilities of Service Quality Consultant at Meezan Bank Limited:
• To regularly conduct branch visits and evaluate branch performance as per the key service indicators of the Bank.
• Acts as a service ambassador of the bank in facilitating branches for getting their services related issues expedited at area, region or head office level.
• Identify areas of service improvements in branches and banking processes which will help in enhancing customer experience.
Bank branch Locations where the candidate for the post of Service Quality Consultant will be appointed:
• Karachi
• *Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's (Master's preferred) from a reputable university.
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
Experience:
• Fresh to 2 years of relevant working experience
