Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO) has announced job vacancy of Admin Officer Stations & Terminals.

The job responsibilities of Admin Officer Stations & Terminals at Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO) are:

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently coordinating travel arrangements and protocols for Stations and Terminals.
• Organizing meetings, events, and social functions.
• Overseeing housekeeping, repair, maintenance, and outsourced services at Stations & Terminals.
• Managing the processing of bills, budgeting, and invoices concerning office equipment, supplies, facilities, utilities, and services.
• Generating Service and Purchase Requisitions via SAP for procuring inventory items.
• Facilitating liaison and coordination with external stakeholders.
• Implementing HSE procedures and IMS SOPs to uphold workplace safety regulations.

Location:
• Port Qasim
• Fazilpur

Internal Eligibility Criteria:
• Applicants must hold a permanent position with Parco (or its subsidiary company) for a minimum of one year.
• Prior to applying, candidates must formally notify their Line Manager via email.
• Candidates must have achieved a rating of "meet expectations" or higher in the previous PMP cycle.
• Eligible individuals can submit applications for positions at the same grade level or one grade higher than their current grade.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors (4 Years Degree).

Experience:
• Administrative experience in a large-scale organization, including familiarity with workplace safety protocols and the implementation of HSE standards.
• Client orientation with a service mindset, multitasking and proficiency in MS Office applications, are essential.
• Exposure to SAP would be considered.
• 3 - 5 years

Age Limit:
• 30 - 35 years
