The job holder is responsible for developing and facilitating training programs for branch staff as per the business need. • Branch banking operations / product knowledge

Qualification:

Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience in branch banking experience (Operations / Retail) and possess strong imparting training skills

Qualification:
- Minimum - graduate
- JAIBP qualification or any other banking certifications will be an added advantage

- Able to develop training contents
- Excellent Communication Skills

- Presentation Skills
- Problem solving
- Intermediate level - MS. Office (power point, excel and word)
