The job responsibilities of Trainer - (Branch Banking Operations/Retail) at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
The job holder is responsible for developing and facilitating training programs for branch staff as per the business need. The role entails designing engaging training materials, aligning contents to learning requirements, and assessing the effectiveness of facilitated learning sessions. The position plays a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, fostering a customer-centric approach at respective branches in the cluster, and maintaining alignment with industry standards and State Bank regulations. Commitment to continuous learning is necessary in this role.

Job Requirements:
• Branch banking operations / product knowledge
• Understanding about regulatory compliance
• Deep understanding of UBL's customer service framework
• Industry best practices
• Training / facility management
• Physically mobile (respective cluster/s branches)

Qualification:

Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience in branch banking experience (Operations / Retail) and possess strong imparting training skills

Qualification:
- Minimum - graduate
- JAIBP qualification or any other banking certifications will be an added advantage
