Description:

United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Service Partner at Multiple Cities.

The job responsibilities of Service Partner at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager (RQM), the Service Partner will visit branches, prepare Service Health Check Reports, gather data, identify areas of improvement, conduct and prepare service plans at a branch level.
• Visit at least 4 to 5 branches per day and conduct health check reviews, circulate the reports, and follow up.
• Log all issues in the Issue Tracker report and follow up with concerned stake holders on resolution.
• Work with the branch team to improve service results and help them wherever required to resolve their issues.
• Facilitate Branch/ District/ Region level service meetings.
• Assist in implementation of Training for field staff bearing Service Clinics and MSP, CSS Road shows
• Work closely with the Regional Service Quality Manager in implementation of all service initiatives within the District/ Region.
• Maintenance of various types of MIS reports for District/ Regional consumption, escalations to Senior Management roles as well as for HO Research team.

Qualification:

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate Degree

Minimum Experience:
2-3 years of Banking/Customer Service

Job Specific Skills:
Good communication and soft skills, training skills

Behavioral Skills:
Customer Centric approach, proactive behavior for consistent and aggressive follow up.
