Description:

United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of IT Auditor at Karachi.

The job responsibilities of IT Auditor at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
• Assist in developing audit test steps or programs to ensure control areas provide comprehensive coverage.
• Test General Computer Controls (e.g. logical security and program change control for operating system, database, application and network environments, computer operations, and data center physical security), as well as business cycle controls and IT application testing.
• Conduct informational interviews with auditees for familiarization, process walkthrough, and key control identification purposes.
• Identify Information Technology control weaknesses and non-compliance exceptions during audit testing.
• Collaborate and work in a team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other duties/special reviews as assigned by the Information Technology Audit supervisor.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC Recognized Institute/University, Master’s degree shall be given preference.
• 4-5 years of experience in this capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft tools (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Sound Audit Knowledge
• Sound IT Knowledge
• In-depth understanding of policies, Rules/Regulations.
