Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate gift likelihood from top prospects and donors.
- Prepare and disseminate high quality and accurate profiles and strategic briefings and information about highest level prospects and donors that is critical to securing major gifts.
- Develop overall direction, coordination and production of information on the prospects and donors.
- Identify new donors for the Major Gifts Initiative through proactive research.
- Make recommendations regarding potential major donors.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend potential high net worth prospects and assess their interest to financially support NUST, including likelihood, potential programmatic interest and giving potential.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of information gathered on qualified prospects to determine financial capacity and assign              appropriate donor ratings to each individual. Monitor daily news, online “alerts”, and utilize other research tools to track current prospects and donors in order to stay up to date on their profile details.
- Help streamline process of qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift prospects and donors.
- Create streamlined prospect identification strategies and accountability for activation and help apply strategies to move prospects through the cultivation cycle.
- Prospect Research in terms of identification, Research, Evaluation, Cultivation and Solicitation
- Ensure the Implementation of Donor Prospecting Policy.
- Design an effective campaign for fundraising and alumni involvement.

-- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
-- NUST employees with less than One year service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
-- In process of pursuing a required degree.
-- Medically unfit.

Qualification:

Age Limit: 25  - 45 years

- MBA preferably in Marketing or equivalent 16 years Education from well reputed University.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
