The job Duties & Responsibilities of Sr./AM Total Cards at Total Parco Pakistan Ltd are:
Responsible for business development and for (prospective) customer base in the designated territory:
§    To effectively implement and monitor the sales plan in designated Area while ensuring its alignment with the card sales development plan.
§    To maintain and develop a strong customer for all POL products, which include customers from all segments.
§    To achieve assigned area targets for POL products through Total card in volume, profitability, customer base and secure credit.
§    To establish and manage key customer accounts & strictly control all payment terms offered thus ensuring enhanced profits for the company. To act as focal point for Total card customers in designated area.
§    To manage and execute Total card proposal for high volume customers while doing coordination and consultation with RM Cards at the time of initiating the proposal.
§    To adhere to TPPL HSE standards, Business ethics and code of conduct, as well as local laws and regulation.
§    Leads & ensure all business activities of Total Card on designated Total card accepting retail stations in the area.
§    To ensure that all customers’ ledgers are up to date and error free such as to reflect balance in line with customer’s outstanding /receivable.
§    To act as focal point to handle and solve all issues faced by any customer in the designated region with reference to product delivery, product availability, onsite technical issues, payments, invoicing and ledgers.
§    To liaison with Retail sales team at HO on daily basis for the efficient Total card operations on site and to route customers as per the product availability.
§    To initiate customer induction documentation and liaison with all relevant departments till customers are inducted in the SAP system.
§    To achieve stipulated yearly sales target for all POL products, both in volume and profitability.
§    Ensure of achievements of Salsa KPIs.
§    Reporting as and when required for internal & external stakeholders.
§    Ensure all audit points and KPIs are strictly followed.
§    Create and prospect for global strategic partnerships by aligning with other business units.
§    Complete support to retail department and retailer queries pertaining to TOTAL Card at the station.
§    Assist operations team for improvement in processes and functions.
§    Focus on recoveries and ledger adjustments and clear over dues for improvement in DSOs and collection efficiency.
§    Improve NFR earnings significantly and diversify revenue streams for the company.
§    To carry out all tasks with a strong focus on cost benefit analysis in order to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of the company.
§    To ensure that all secured collaterals like bank guarantees and related contract with customers are always valid and are renewed before expiry.
§    To provide quarterly market intelligence report on competitor’s activities and make information report for the Total card department.
§    To act as a techno-commercial consultant to the customer on HSE, inventory management (in case of customers procuring product for power generation), payment terms, and technical issues related to POL products.
§    To encourage sales of prepaid card and secured credit through the region.
§    To conduct card operations on site staff training as and when required.

Qualification:

• Master of Business Administration (Business Management) /
• Master of Business Administration (Management Consulting) /
• Master of Business Administration (Marketing) /
• Master of Business Administration (Supply Chain Management) /
• Bachelor of Business Admin. BBA(Hon)

Experience:
• 3 - 6 years

Age Limit:
• 24 - 38 years
