United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Executive Coordinator at Karachi.

The job responsibilities of Executive Coordinator at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
UBL is looking to hire Executive Coordinators in multiple divisions. :
• Provide executive administrative and coordination services to the Seniors.
• Coordinate and organize office routines and support services.
• Review, prioritize, and respond to correspondence as directed by the Seniors.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Make and track appointments for meetings involving the Group Heads and other directors/managers.
• Collect and prepare reports and follow up on information requests.
• Arrange meetings and appointments on behalf of the reporting line
• Coordinate conference calls, travel and accommodations.
• Complete other related duties as required, including but not limited to:
* Attend meetings and record minutes, as required
* Coordinate activities with departmental directors, managers and other staff

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree from any HEC-recognized Institute
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Others: Time management, situation/pressure handling, organization & administration, office & people management
