Description:

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD)

One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
• Qualification related Questions. (80%)
• General Ability including (20%)
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Mathematics.

Qualification:

i) LLB from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission having three years' experience of active practice after enrollment as Advocate.
Note:
i) Only Practical Experience shall be considered after prescribed qualification.
ii) Candidates must have Membership of concerned Bar Counsel issued on or before the closing date.
iii) Experience certificate showing exact dates & containing complete information from President District Bar Association/Sub Divisional Bar Association duly countersigned and affixing rubber stamp of District and Session Judge/Additional District & Session Judge concerned (in original) also having membership shall be submitted at the time of Interview.
