Qualification:

The recommended criteria for selection as a Lab engineer is as follows:
1. BS in Mechanical/ Aerospace or Mechatronics Engineering from any HEC approved university having engineering program accredited by PEC at Level-II, Individual must have PEC certification (substantially equivalent to Washington Accord as per OBE system)
2. CGPA in B.Eng/ B.Sc. Engineering degree should be at least 3.00/4.00 CGPA >3.50 will be preferred.
3. Overall A grades in HSSC and SSC Exam and A-Level or O Level will be preferred.
4. Any work experience in Engineering enterprise or HEI will be an advantage but not mandatory.
5. Ability to work in team with good interpersonal and communicational skills. Lab teaching or demonstration lectures will be conducted before final selection of shortlisted candidates.
