Description:

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES
The Incumbent must have strong grip on
- Preparation of PC-Is.
- Handling of IPA system.
- Handling of PME system
- Preparation of KPIs and KPOs.
- Feasibility Studies/ Appraisals.
- Preparations Project Proposals.
- Microsoft Project Procurement Software.
- Financial Modeling.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project & Primavera Software’s.
- Application of Program Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiating / processing of new development projects (PC-1s) to be funded through PSDP.
- Coordination with various Stakeholders.
- Obtain approval by DDWP, CDWP and ECNEC.
- Dissemination of approved PC-1 TO all leads Directorate and Stakeholders.
- Preparation of NUST Annual Report.
- Response to National Assembly / Senate questions based on inputs from concerned Directorate.
- Prepare and forward NUST achievements to MoSt, HEC and MoPD & SI etc.
- Coordination with Planning Commission / MoSt / HEC/ EAD and P3A.

- Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than One year’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.

Qualification:

Age Limit: 30 - 50 years

- Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Finance, Project Management / Business Administration.

Experience: 12 years for MS Management / MS Finance
