Meezan Bank Limited, Pakistanβs leading Islamic bank, operating with a network of more than 1,000 branches in over 330 cities across the country, is seeking applications from individuals meeting the following criteria:
Experience:
β’ Fresh candidates (candidates with experience may also apply)
Qualification:
β’ Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
β’ Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
Age:
β’ Up to 30 years
β’ 2 yearsβ age relaxation for the following candidates:
β’ Hafiz-e-Quran
β’ Those who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah and possess an HEC equivalency letter
β’ Differently-abled persons
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide customer service promptly and courteously through various communication channels such as phone and chat
β’ Diagnose and troubleshoot customersβ complaints related to products and services. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required
β’ Develop a deep understanding of the products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers and guide them effectively
β’ Collaborate with other teams, such as branches and Head Office departments, to ensure a cohesive customer experience
Skills Required:
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent in Urdu & English)
β’ Good interpersonal skills
β’ Capable of multitasking and working under pressure
β’ Patience and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
