The job responsibilities of Customer Care Officer - Bahrain / Qatar Campaign at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Customer Care Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. - Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualification:
• - Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Should be a Graduate.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
