Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases has announced job vacancy of Coordinator, Transplantation at Urology department.
The job responsibilities of Coordinator, Transplantation at Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases are:
Coordinates the workup of transplant recipients and donors, pre and post-transplant patient care for organ recipients and donors. Performs a variety of tasks in clinical settings in collaboration with medical and nursing staff and accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care to specific patient population.• Coordinates kidney transplantation with patient, donors, families, medical staff, organ transplant authority and administrative staff.
• Maintains and regularly reviews status of patients on the waiting list for transplantation and ensure all diagnostic investigations and results are up to date
• Organizes and participates in multi-disciplinary team conferences, rounds or meetings related to care of transplant patient.
• Documents all relevant information correctly, appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Participates in all mandatory departmental activities i.e. Staff Meeting, Core Lectures, Research Forum, etc. and serves on departmental and hospital committees, as required
• Actively contributes to the Division’s and/or the Department’s documentation of patient care processes and outcomes
• Upholds the organizational values at all times.
• Comply and follows with all hospital related policies and procedures.

Qualification:
• Bachelors / Master (Medical Sciences / Healthcare Management)
Experience:
• 4 - 5 years of experience with Bachelors and 3-4 years of experience with Masters
