Academics has announced job vacancy of Applications Support Analyst at Academics department.
The job responsibilities of Applications Support Analyst at Academics are:
This position is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of business applications used by the organization. This role involves troubleshooting application-related issues, collaborating with other teams to resolve problems, and ensuring high system availability. The Application Support Analyst may also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and providing training to users.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will have several areas of responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following.
• Provide functional/technical support and essential Training to all end users.
• Answer and resolve all the queries of Faculty, Staff and Students over calls/emails.
• Assist in implementing/integrating new modules and features of various applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot critical issues of applications reported by end users.
• Create documentation and procedure guidelines for end users.
Skills: • Must be able to provide functional support and training to ERP users.
• Ability to perform analysis and to accurately address/dissect complex issues.
• Working Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft ERP would be a huge plus.
• Must be Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Personal Skills:• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effective
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience.
