Department: Nursing Services
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: BScN / Post RN or MScN preferably MBA in Healthcare Management.
- Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience with MScN or minimum 10-years' experience with BScN / Post RN.
Notes:
● Provide operational oversight to patient care services.
● Review, interpret nursing policies & procedures into clinical plan & target goals accordingly.
● Evaluate resources (workforce & material) through analysis of patients' workload in relation to nature of service & activities and share with management in meeting on weekly/monthly bases.
● Direct & coordinate daily activities at assign hospital/campus in order to ensure safe patient care consistent with IHHN policies, procedure and flow processes.
● Plan justified fiscal nursing budget (workforce & material) in collaboration with the management and prepare for budgetary recommendations.
● Monitor the level of resources utilized in each service delivery and determine the judicial use of resources.
● Ensure completion of documentation in patient record (assessments, vital signs, height & weight, shifts handover, transfer in/ transfer out, medication administration, care events & discharge note etc.).
● Encourage best possible customer service across the facility & promote effective communication, not limited to problem solving, assertiveness, feedback, and active listening, In addition support the team members for conflict resolution.
● Support the activities of the nursing units to ensure efficient operation.
● Make regular contact with nursing staff, maintain detailed knowledge of each unit's status including patient acuity, staff coordination, special problems and progress toward meeting unit goals and objectives in terms of patient care.
● Plan, schedule, organize work for group ensuring rational distribution & delegation of patients' workload/assignments, resourceful utilization of personnel, space & facilities;
