The job responsibilities of Head Roshan Digital Account at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy for RDA customers across all socio economic target segment, aligning with the Product's overall goals and budgetary targets.
β’ Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
β’ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
β’ Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within international banking.
β’ Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and support for overseas clients.
β’ Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, Required Knowledge & Skill Set
β’ The candidate must possess knowledge of the Roshan Digital Account domain, SBP framework and overseas Pakistanis landscape and evolving global trends.
β’ The individual must be self-motivated, self-directed and able to lead a team of creative product and relationship management individuals.
β’ Should be well versed with budgeting and be able to effectively manage resources.
β’ Strong industry acumen of the industry and familiarity with key market players.
β’ Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead from the front. Must be willing to take calculated risks and manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualification:
β’ Preferably an MBA from any leading and recognized Business school. 15+ years of experience in customer relationship management in financial industry. Sales & Business Management Product Knowledge Deepening of Relationship Knowledge of Remittance landscape Having worked in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
