Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience of Office Management, Administration, Repair and Maintenance in reputed public/ private organization preferably educational institutions.
- Must have computer skills (MS-Word, Excel, Power point).
- Drafting of letters/emails & minutes and record keeping
- Working experience of repair & maintenance (buildings)
- Knowledge on PPRA Rules/ procurement will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience of maintaining accounts/ petty cash.
- Having good communication skills.
