Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of HR Coordinator- (Islamabad). at Human Resources department.
The job responsibilities of HR Coordinator- (Islamabad). at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
• Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained in files and are up to date with HRIS/HMIS.
• Manage future Job Analysis and preparation of s/Specifications with department supervisors.
• Preparation and follow up on timely release of Payroll in coordination with relevant department while maintaining accuracy.
• Evaluate and perform recruitment and placement related activities, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Determine workforce need and plan to facilitate the required role. Proactively follow up on vacant positions, new positions, allocation so as to avoid under-hiring/grant savings.
6. Plan and develop orientation materials and ensure new employees are properly oriented timely. 7. Ensure the maintenance of staff monthly attendance records as per SOPs, leave records, EOBI management of staff. • Closely coordinate with teams at Islamabad/Karachi office on all HR related matters.
• Management of staff benefits structure in accordance to the grant budget and related support in budget working.
• Preparation of files/documents for any internal/external audit.
Any other work related task assigned by Supervisor.Note: “Indus Hospital & Health Network is an employer that does not tolerate Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. All potential candidates will be subjected to rigorous background checks and controls.”
Qualification:
• A post graduate degree in Human Resources or an equivalent level of qualification.
Experience:
• 5 years of total experience and having minimum 2-3 years of relevant sector experience in similar role. Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.
