Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of HR Officer-Islamabad. at Human Resources department.
The job responsibilities of HR Officer-Islamabad. at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES: β’ Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained and are up to date and maintain HRIS;
β’ Hiring staff as per the budgeted positions on the project
β’ Proactively follow up on vacant positions, new positions, allocation so as to avoid under-hiring/over hiring.
β’ Coordinating staff orientation to the organization policies & procedures at the project inception stage;
β’ Maintain personnel files of all employees in a prescribed format and keeping record project wise;
β’ Structure and maintain staff timesheets and leave record, developing monthly attendance reports.
β’ Ensure working in accordance to staff benefits/remuneration packages.
β’ Support the supervisor in planning and organizing quick recruitment activities to ensure timelines for the emergency response;
β’ Preparation monthly payroll workings along with relevant coordination with departments involved;
β’ Issuance of management letters to the employees/staff in accordance to the activities of the project.
β’ Preparation of periodic HR reports & attendance reports.
β’ Registration of new employees for EOBI and generation of monthly vouchers.
β’ Receive staff queries of compliance/disciplinary protocols.
β’ Employee Exit procedure for all employees who resign.
β’ Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management.

Qualification:
β’ Bachelor's degree (Diploma/Certificate/Training in Human Resource Management will be beneficial)
Experience:
β’ 3-4 years of total experience and having minimum 2 year of relevant sector experience with INGO.
