The job responsibilities of LHV Killa Saifullah at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
Roles and Responsibilities:• Assessing the allocated health/population welfare facilities in each of the target areas against the assessment tool provided by IHHN.
• Entering the data in the Assessment Management System in accordance with the guidance provided by IHHN.
• Attending the day-long Orientation Session as organized by IHHN.
• In event of being provided with a Tab for purposes of data collection, ensuring its effective use, safeguard and timely return.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of data gathered.
