Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Project Manager-(Lahore) at Community Health Directorate department.

The job responsibilities of Project Manager-(Lahore) at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Develop & submit the annual work plan in line with the overall proposal.
• Ensure execution and reporting of all program activities as per the approved work-plan.
• Oversee the activities based on the plan and ensure their timely and effective execution as per grant and donor requirements.
• Provide appropriate feedback on field activities and take corrective actions as per IHHN management and donor guidelines
• Conduct monitoring filed visits and provide on job training/mentoring of field staff
• Regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities.
• Ensure capacity development of project staff.
• Coordinate with relevant departments of the provincial and district government for effective and efficient implementation of program activities.
• Ensure provision of quality health services at all sites as per the agreed standards of IHHN and the donor
• Liaise with the Health department at provincial and district level as well as other stakeholders for conducting activities.
• Keep updated record of all relevant activities at federal, provincial and district levels
• Maintain constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff.
• Represent the program at important forums as well as participate in technical working teams at national level with partners.
• Ensure consolidation and proper documentation of reports of all program activities.
• Help in developing reports for further submission to donor.
• Critically review and analyze the ongoing activities, financial burn rate, timely submission of invoices and on the basis of lessons learned and experience sharing, plan and design activities for inclusion in work plan of subsequent year.
• Any other task as assigned by the senior management.
