The HRBP Manufacturing works as an in-house HR consultant for Manufacturing. The position advises and consults in acquiring the best talent pipeline in the organization through recruitment at all levels. Provide strategic support to line and GM HR for developing appropriate talent strategies ensuring governance risk and compliance.
To Ensure continuous and smooth supply of high-quality human resources in the entire organization at all levels
The role of HRBP entails to provide the interface between HR and Business while embedding a strategic approach to HR Development and Management, resulting in business functions achieving their proposed business strategy.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning and Stakeholder management at Manufacturing Site.
- Developing of strong talent pipeline to address the current and future needs of the organization
- HR Services levels to be always maintained ensuring appropriate TAT and delivery
- Partnering with the EPCL Plant team to develop business strategies and align the HR strategy for each business segment accordingly
- Providing full staffing support to EPCL team by assessing talent in coordination with the Talent Development team
- Design and execute a subsidiary driven product of Learning, Performance Manage and Talent Management for P-stream
- Ensuring succession plans are in place for Manufacturing
- Develop depth and breadth of Management Capability to build our leadership talent for the future
- To Facilitate HR in all aspect of employees services which includes
- Ensure Performance Management System is timely completed & integrity of the system is maintained
- Planning & Managing headcount and updating departmental structures in line with the agreed manpower plan in the corporate planning exercise
- Liaise with Centre of Expertise ECORP HR, OD, TA & Rewards to ensure timely delivery of required business needs
- Assist in the delivery of HR Strategy and contribute in institutionalization of HR policies and procedures
- Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organization's human resource strategy and adapt existing current human resource programs to meet these needs
