The Senior Manager Communication will lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal and external communication strategies to enhance the Authority’s reputation, visibility, and stakeholder engagement. The incumbent will manage key media relations, advise leadership on communication matters, and ensure consistent messaging aligned with the Authority’s vision and values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development, planning, and execution of comprehensive communication programs, encompassing media relations, internal communications, stakeholder engagement and public affairs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management, department heads, and external partners to craft and implement integrated communication strategies that reinforce the Authority’s brand positioning and objectives.
• Manage external communications agencies and consultants to ensure campaign quality and alignment with overarching strategic narratives.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to elevate the Authority’s public visibility, effectively articulating its mission, values, and initiatives.
• Organize and oversee high-profile public events including inaugurations, groundbreaking ceremonies, and milestone project announcements, ensuring alignment with protocol standards and media outreach objectives.
• Supervise the designing and publication of official communication materials such as annual reports, project compendiums, corporate brochures, newsletters, and other print/digital publications that highlight the Authority’s achievements and strategic direction.
• Coordinate the development and dissemination of press releases, media statements, newsletters, and communication collateral that align with the Authority’s tone, style, and public image.
• Oversee digital media monitoring, campaign performance analysis, and propose evidence-based recommendations for enhancing outreach impact.
