About National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) was established as National Database Organization (NDO), an attached department under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan in 1998. On 10 March, 2000, NDO & Directorate General of Registration (DGR) merged to form NADRA; an independent corporate body with requisite autonomy to operate independently and facilitate good governance. National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) has gained international recognition for its success in providing solutions for identification, e-governance and secure documents that deliver multi-pronged goals of mitigating identity theft; safe-guarding the interests of our clients and facilitating the public. NADRA set out on the journey of Civil Registration of all Pakistanis in March 2000 and in a short span of time NADRA’s team indigenously created a state of the art centralized Data Warehouse, Network Infrastructure and Interactive Data Acquisition Systems to issue secure National Identity Cards (NIC). With the introduction of this new fool-proof, comprehensive and highly sophisticated computerized system; NADRA has been successful in reducing the identity theft to a bare minimum.

Job Description

NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for following positions: -

Professional Experience :
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in designing, developing high-quality, efficient, and scalable iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for back-end integration.
• Experience in developing large scale apps with extensive data entry.
• Hands on experience with third party SDK integration

Skills & Competencies :
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift or Objective-C for iOS development.
• Strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycle and mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Well versed with iOS frameworks including Core Data, UIKit, Core Location, Combine etc.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery.

Educational Background :
• Bachelors in Computer Science (4 years) or equivalent from HEC Recognized University.

Job Location : Islamabad

Terms and Conditions
1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
6. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible.
8. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
