National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Karachi campus has announced job vacancy for Supervisor (Adm) at PNEC, NUST, Karachi.

The Job Responsibilities of Supervisor (Adm) at PNEC, National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Karachi are:
1. Keep track of employees’ leaves.
2. Provide guidance to employees on HR issues.
3. Be involved in sub selection, promotion board and meetings.
4. Organize/ arrange trainings.
5. Conduct all matters as per NUST Statutes and policies.
6. Forward cases of employees for renewal of contract and removal/ extension of probationary period.
7. Forward Annual Appraisal Reports.
8. Orient new employees to university policies and practices.
9. Complete onboarding formalities of new employees.
10. Deals in all official correspondence such as; eION, letters, office orders, memo, reports and internal minuting.
11. Forward TVF cases before commencement of each semester.
12. Process hiring, resignation/ retirement and transfer cases.
13. Check monthly Attendance and State.
14. Make sure records of employees are to be maintained in their personal files.

Terms & Conditions of Supervisor (Adm) at PNEC, NUST Karachi:-
- Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).
- Only selected candidates will be contacted & issued offer letter.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
- 3rd Div in academic career.
- NUST employees with less than One year service with NUST and/or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically Unfit.

* Late/incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test/interview and no TA/DA will be admissible.
