Pak - Arab Pipeline Company Limited (PAPCO) has announced job vacancy of `Management Executive - Admin` at PAPCO office, Karachi.

Pak-Arab Pipeline Company Limited (PAPCO) is a joint venture between Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), Shell Pakistan Limited and Pakistan State Oil Limited (PSO). PAPCO owns a state-of-the-art cross-country pipeline system to transport white petroleum products from Karachi to Mahmood Kot. It provides the most reliable, efficient, economical, and environment-friendly means of transportation of white petroleum products.

PAPCO is seeking applications for position of Management Executive Admin at its office in Karachi:

Job Responsibilities of Management Executive - Admin at PAPCO Office, Karachi:
• Efficiently manage protocols for company officials and dignitaries visiting the office and related locations.

• Ensure the regular upkeep and maintenance of the office premises / equipment.

• Oversee the professional enhancement of the landscape inside and around the office.

• Implementation of HSE procedures and policies to ensure workplace safety rules and regulations.

• Processing of bills & invoices related to office equipment, supplies, facilities, utilities, and services.

• Liaise with the Finance & Supply Chain departments for accounting and procurement purposes respectively.

• Assist immediate supervisors in compiling budget estimates for the office.

• Develop estimates of expenditures and monitor budget compliance.

• Supervise housekeeping, repair and maintenance, and outsourced services.

• Organize Board meetings, events, and social functions.

• Coordinate with Sky Tower Management for the entry of guests.

• Create Purchase and Service Requisitions for necessary supplies and services.

• Plan for boarding and lodging of company officials.

• Oversee the activities of Transport Fleet deputed at PAPCO office.
