Job Description

• Manage and oversee routine inspections, maintenance, and repair activities for BMS and ELV systems.
• Lead the diagnosis and troubleshooting of BMS and ELV system issues.
• Continuously optimize the BMS systems to improve energy efficiency and system performance.
• Develop plans and oversee the maintenance and operation of new facilities prior to and during construction.
• Plan, organize, direct, and inspect the crew's work. Supervise and evaluate performance and provide daily supervision and interaction with the team.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with maintenance teams, managers, all departments and other stakeholders.
• Maintain records of systems and maintenance activities.
• Assist in planning and conducting meetings with the team to ensure conformance based on departmental goals and objectives.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on BMS and ELV system operations, protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement, service contracts, and technology updates.
• Act as a subject matter expert during critical incidents, participating in emergency response and recovery efforts related to BMS and ELV systems.
• Perform all related tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
