Pakistan's IT and ITeS sector is experiencing phenomenal growth in export revenues. Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the Apex body of the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is responsible for the development and capacity building of the IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) sector in Pakistan, to ensure export growth, and brand building of Pakistan and its IT and ITeS industry globally.

About the Role:
Director, Operations and Industry Facilitation to hold a key management role in PSEB with the responsibility to manage the operations and administrative affairs, human resource management, procurement, legal affairs, and government coordination. The incumbent will ensure the smooth functioning of the organization including but not limited to setting up rules and procedures that are auditable, efficient, and meet the organization's needs. Previous operations and administration experience in a dynamic environment preferably in a multi-national technology-driven organization is highly desirable. The incumbent must be a strategic thinker, preferably with expertise in business process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or equivalent, who can design, benchmark, and optimize processes, rules, and procedures. A demonstrable track record of building high-performance cultures based on efficiency, hard work, results, and meritocracy is desired. In addition, the incumbent in the role of Industry Facilitation will facilitate the IT & ITeS sector in all business and operations-related matters. He/She will be responsible for facilitating the IT & ITeS sector by actively engaging relevant public and private stakeholders to resolve issues and remove impediments to enable smooth business operations of IT & ITS businesses, Startups as well as Freelancers in the country. The incumbent will ensure fast-track registration of IT & ITeS companies, call centers, and Freelancers with PSEB, and provide consulting and counseling services to the IT & ITeS sector.
