Applications are invited on the prescribed form for the under mentioned teaching/ non-teaching positions as per HEC criteria for Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology, Nawabshah from the candidates who are domiciled in Sindh Province, so as to reach the office of undersigned on or before Monday the 25th November, 2024 during the office hours. Applications should include two latest photographs, bio-data, attested Photostat copies of Certificates and names of two referees. Application form(s) can be obtained from Coordination and Meetings Section, QUEST, Nawabshah during the working hours against the payment of through Bank Challan/DD (non-refundable) as processing fee. Application form(s) can also be downloaded from the University website: www.quest.edu.pk which must be accompanied with C.V., Demand Draft of Rs.5000/- in favour of Director Finance QUEST, Nawabshah.

Instructions / Further Information:
• Candidates applying for the posts of Professors and Associate Professors need to submit four sets of Photostat copies of their Research Publications, binded separately. And shall submit USB containing Research Publication in soft.
• Candidates who are already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and such incumbents will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments. An advance copy of the application(s) may be sent, so as to reach within due date.
• Maximum age limit is 45 years; relaxable in cases of Government/Semi Government employees in exceptional cases.
• However, there shall be no relaxation for qualification, publications and experience.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory, wherever necessary.
• Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with separate bank draft/ challan with necessary documents for each post.
• Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional, experience certificates, processing fee etc. or applications received after the specified date shall not be entertained.
• The University reserves the right of amendments/ rectification/ cancellation of advertised post(s) partly or as a whole.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview.
• Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test/interview.
