The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL), a leading Bank in the Cooperative Sector having wide network of branches, with Head Office at Lahore, requires services of a President/Chief Executive Officer who can lead the institution and bring about financial, structural and operational reforms to make PPCBL a premier financial institution in its line of business:-

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The incumbent applying for the captioned assignment must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification; Should have minimum qualification of graduation or equivalent Degree in the discipline of banking, finance, economics, business administration and related fields.
• Experience: Must be a career banker having at least 5 years of experience at senior level as SEVP and above or equivalent and possess expertise and skill set to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently. Candidates having experience of Rural Micro-Finance / Agri. Financing shall be preferred.
• Besides the candidates should be able to pass Fit Proper Test circulated by State bank of Pakistan (http://www.sbp.org.pk/bprd/2021/C5 .htm)
• Age Limit: Minimum=40 years, Maximum=62 years.
• Pay Package: As per Management Position Salary Package Negotiable depending upon the qualification & experience of the person selected.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further deliberations. No TA/DA shall be admissible. Selected candidate shall be offered 03-years contract.

The selected candidate will need to meet "Fit and Proper Test" criteria for Chief Executive Officer by the State Bank of Pakistan.
