The Community Health Directorate (CHD) of the Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) operates the Haji Babo Muhammad Rafeeq Health Clinic in Mashkeecha (also spelled Mashki Chah). Inaugurated in late 2025, this facility is a strategic partnership between IHHN and the Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC), a subsidiary of Barrick Gold. It serves as an integrated primary care hub for the remote desert communities of District Chagai, providing high-fidelity medical services where infrastructure was previously non-existent.
