2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract.
- When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3) Services & Content
JobGlobe provides tools for job seekers (search, saved searches, alerts, applications) and for employers (job postings, company profiles, candidate management). Content on the Platform may be provided by JobGlobe or by users (employers/candidates). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or profile.
4) Employers & Job Posts
- Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and non-discriminatory nature of their job postings and communications.
- Prohibited content includes misleading roles, spam, illegal offers, multi-level marketing schemes, and any posting that violates labor, privacy, or equality laws.
- We may review, edit, limit visibility of, or remove postings that, in our discretion, violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Where applicable, you authorize us to format, cache, and display your postings across JobGlobe experiences and communication channels.
5) Candidates & Applications
- When you apply, you consent to share your submitted information (e.g., resume, contact details, answers) with the employer posting the job.
- JobGlobe is not responsible for employer selection decisions or response times.
- Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or contains malware, phishing, or deceptive material.
6) Prohibited Conduct
- Scraping, crawling, harvesting emails, or automated collection without written permission.
- Posting or transmitting unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
- Interfering with Platform security or attempting to access non-public areas or systems.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation.
- Reproducing, redistributing, selling, or “mirroring” Platform content except as expressly allowed.
7) Fees & Payments
- Some employer features may be paid. Prices, taxes, and billing cycles will be shown at checkout or in your order form.
- Payments are handled by our payment processor; you authorize them to charge your selected method.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services are delivered. Local consumer laws may grant additional rights.
8) Intellectual Property
- JobGlobe and its licensors own all rights to the Platform, including trademarks, design, and software. All rights reserved.
- When you post content (e.g., job descriptions, resumes, logos), you grant JobGlobe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
- You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe others’ rights.
9) Third-Party Services, Links & Advertising
The Platform may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, email delivery, payments) and may display advertising, including via providers such as Ezoic. We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
10) Disclaimers
AS IS / AS AVAILABLE. The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that postings will be error-free, that an employer will hire you, or that a candidate will meet your expectations.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobGlobe and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to JobGlobe for the service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
12) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobGlobe from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your content or postings, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan for the resolution of any dispute. Where applicable law mandates otherwise, local mandatory consumer protections will apply.
15) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes may be communicated by email or in-product notices.
