Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description P&G is searching for a senior technical leader to join the company as the Vice President of Information Security – Identity, Data Protection & Governance. This role will lead the enterprise strategy for identity security, data protection, privileged access, cyber governance, and risk management. As a technical leader within P&G Information Security, you will be responsible for ensuring trusted access to enterprise systems and protecting critical information assets while balancing security, resilience, and business agility.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
This role requires strategic leadership, excellent understanding of security domains, deep technical acumen and proven organizational development skills. Job Qualifications 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership experience, including enterprise-scale ownership of identity, data protection, privileged access, governance, risk, and compliance programs. Experience implementing Zero Trust architectures and applying identity, access, and data protection principles across complex cloud, on-prem, application, and data environments. Experience with regulatory and control frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, or similar. Experience implementing modern GRC initiatives, including holistic risk management programs.
