The Department is seeking Functional Consultants to work on the implementation of SAP HRM.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HRM, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification: Professional certification/training in SAP HRM/HCM.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience (02 years of HR/SAP exposures) (interfaces, projects, or junior level roles) with SAP training in small organizations is acceptable for application.
  • Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of HR procedures (recruitment, payroll, complete attendance).
    • Knowledge of SAP/HRM interfaces and workflows.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data entry.
    • Strong leadership and team worker skills.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years on the application deadline.

  • The appointment will initially be on a contractual basis, subject to satisfactory performance as determined by the competent authority.
  • Age relaxation will be given as per government policy.
  • Applicants must be domiciled in Sindh Province and possess a PRC (Form-D).
  • Successful candidates will be required to present original degrees, certificates, and experience letters.
  • Government employees must obtain a "No Objection Certificate (NOC)" from their current department before applying.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
  • The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
