Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Electrophysiology for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Supports and participates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes.
- Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is provided within the Division at all times.
- Attends divisional meetings as required.
- Supports the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents.
- Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff.
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and manage paediatric cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological disorders.
- Perform electrophysiology studies and catheter ablation procedures in paediatric patients.
- Work collaboratively with paediatric cardiologists and cardiac surgeons.
- Provide leadership in arrhythmia management and complex cardiac rhythm disorders.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure optimal patient care.
- Supervise junior physicians and medical staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Paediatric Cardiology
- Fellowship / Subspecialty training in Paediatric Electrophysiology
- TIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR – American Board / Canadian Board / UK CCT or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in Paediatric Electrophysiology
- Valid DOH License or eligibility
