The Opportunity: As part of the Data Protection team, you will support the Firm’s ongoing data protection operations and governance activities. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting established processes, assisting with issue and request management, and contributing to reporting and quality activities. This role offers exposure to a broad range of data protection work and the opportunity to develop practical experience in a critical risk and compliance area.
Responsibilities include: Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Data Protection team Assist with the handling and follow‑up of data protection matters, including inquiries, issues, and incidents Support monitoring and review activities to help ensure appropriate handling of personal data Maintain logs, trackers, and records related to data protection activities and follow‑up actions Support the handling of requests from individuals about their personal data, in line with established procedures Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and support timely resolution of issues Prepare clear written summaries, reports, and communications for stakeholders Maintain documentation and supporting evidence for internal reviews and quality processes Contribute to the continuous improvement of data protection processes and ways of working Handle sensitive and confidential information with care, professionalism, and discretion.
