Quality Management Lead to spearhead the Quality Management System (QMS) in adherence to the ISO 9001 standard. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, ideally within an IT or services environment.
- Demonstrated active participation in the implementation, maintenance, or continuous improvement of an ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
- Proven contribution to internal audits and support for external certification audits.
- Essential Quality / ISO 9001 Competencies:
- Mastery of ISO 9001 QMS principles (including implementation, ongoing steering, and continuous improvement).
- Experience in conducting ISO 9001 internal audits.
- Proficiency in quality document management.
- Capability in managing non-conformities and diligently tracking corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
- Data & Reporting Competencies:
- Skills in data validation, thorough analysis, and ensuring data reliability.
- Experience in the construction and ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms.
- Certifications & Training:
- Possession of an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification or equivalent professional training.
- Formal training in Quality Management.
- Additional Assets (Valued but not mandatory):
- Knowledge of the CMMi framework.
- Understanding of ISTQB (covering IT culture & software quality).
- Familiarity with ITIL (especially within an IT services environment).
- Behavioral Competencies:
- Demonstrated rigor and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and an ability for synthesised thought.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity for collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.
