This role involves drafting or reviewing sustainability reports and providing ESG-related consultation. The Senior ESG Consultant will perform assurance services on selected ESG subject matters, develop and execute multi-year ESG strategies, and assist clients in developing analytics and solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict ESG risks, including climate and social risks. The position requires demonstration of flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, including multiple stakeholder communications, overall delivery strategy, and risk planning and management with manager oversight. Reviewing your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance is also a key responsibility.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in sustainable services for the financial industry.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
- Strong research, analytical, and report writing skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent Chinese and English communication and writing skills are preferred.
- Foundational knowledge in sustainability and application of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), SASB, TCFD, GHG quantification.
- License of ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 is a plus.
