Within our Management Consulting activities, the Portfolio and Program Management (PPM) practice, composed of approximately 150 employees, supports large public and private organizations in their strategies through opportunity studies, the structuring and steering of their major transformation programs. Our practice is organized by segments, each corresponding to a specific sector of activity in which our clients operate. This sectoral approach aims to concentrate and enhance our expertise specific to each industry, capitalizing on our in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and best practices that characterize these environments, founded on solid experiences with a plurality of sector players. The Economy and Sovereignty segment, composed of 25 employees, supports public, economic, and institutional actors in consolidating industrial sovereignty and sustainable territorial development, both in France and at the European and international levels, through two complementary pillars.
The Sovereignty, Sectors, and Innovation (SFI) component aims to structure and transform strategic industrial sectors, strengthen innovation and competitiveness, secure supply chains and critical skills, support coordination between society-industries-State, and facilitate access to national and European funding, serving sovereignty and resilience policies. The Economic, Industrial, and Territorial Development (DEIT) component intervenes in the definition and implementation of territorial strategies, reindustrialization, territorial planning and attractiveness, the animation of economic ecosystems, territorial engineering, and the evaluation of public policies. The segment primarily addresses ministries and state services, regions and local authorities, public operators and national agencies, as well as European institutions and international organizations, and accompanies economic actors, industrialists, competitiveness clusters, and innovation structures, from strategy to operational implementation.
Your missions involve working on varied assignments for strategic players in the sector throughout the value chain of programs and projects such as strategic studies and upstream framing, design of large programs, structuring of portfolios of strategic initiatives, or steering of transformation projects. You will join a team where benevolence, empathy, and collaboration are a daily reality, with a managerial culture focused on trust and the desire to develop and support our employees. You will join an organization with an inclusive culture focused on the development of its talents at all levels of the organization.
Your benefits include an innovative technological environment: access to cutting-edge tools like the Tech Lab, Copilot M365, and the AI Factory to shape the world of tomorrow.
